The Santa Maria Fairpark is hosting a rummage sale this weekend to help save the fairpark.
The facility has been forced to make significant cuts in recent months, including going from 30-plus employees to just six.
The fairpark generates millions in revenue each year from hosting large events, but the pandemic has led to the cancellation of many of those events this year, forcing staff to come up with other ways to pay the bills.
Saturday's rummage sale is from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Parking costs $7 and includes two admission tickets.
