The Santa Maria farmer's market is still taking place during the pandemic.
The market is held weekly on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Town Center West parking lot.
Shoppers this week could be seen wearing masks and keeping distance between themselves and others.
"We're new here. This is our first time coming out here, but we're wearing our mask, we're working hard to keep our social distancing and our hand sanitizer out, just trying to do that and be safe," said Tanner Lewis, who is selling fresh lavender at the market.
The market is one of many certified farmers' markets happening in Santa Maria.
