A semi-truck got caught up in power lines Wednesday morning in Paso Robles.
Shortly before 9 a.m., police were asking drivers to avoid the 2800 block of Riverside Avenue between Ysabel Street and Black Oak Drive, the area behind Grocery Outlet.
Southbound traffic was not impacted but the northbound lanes were blocked due to the downed cable.
Police said crews were expected to be on scene for a while.
