The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office watch commander confirmed a person fatally fell from a parking structure in downtown San Luis Obispo.
The victim, only identified as a male, fell from the top of the six-story structure at 919 Palm Street.
San Luis Obispo Police and Fire responded to a call about the victim at 2:18 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
San Luis Obispo Police is investigating the incident and no foul play is suspected at this time, according to the watch commander.
