With only minutes left to see Santa before he leaves Downtown San Luis Obispo to head on his trip around the world, the classic carousel in Mission Plaza will stay put a little while longer.
The carousel will be open Tuesday until noon and then will be open again Thursday from noon to 5 p.m. if weather permits.
Rides cost $3 per person or a package of five rides is $10.
