The Angel Oak Restaurant at the Bacara Hotel in Goleta is temporarily closed.
This comes after there was a small fire in the kitchen just before 3:45 Monday afternoon.

Santa Barbara County Fire Department says when they arrived, there was a smouldering fire in a wall behind the stove.
The fire was quickly extinguished.

The restaurant is closed the rest of the evening Monday. The Santa Barbara County Health Department will clear it to reopen.
