Firefighters responded to a small vegetation fire Friday morning off Highway 101 in Paso Robles.
According to the California Highway Patrol, it sparked around 8:45 a.m. at the Highway 46 East offramp off the northbound side of the highway.
The slow lane was reportedly blocked in the area.
Firefighters first reported a 20x20-foot spot fire burning in the riverbed.
