Drivers in Goleta can expect traffic delays starting Monday through April, as crews begin a pedestrian safety improvement project.
The city's Public Works Director says staff will install pedestrian-activated rectangular rapid flashing beacons across Hollister Avenue at Chapel Street.
Crews will also install a crossing signal at Calle Real and Kingston Avenue.
Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m..
