Two Central Coast non-profits hosted a virtual event on Saturday to help spread a positive message to community members.
The NAACP and Race Matters SLO held the charity event to broadcast a message of civility, justice and peace.
The online event is being live streamed for six hours on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the events Facebook Page.
Local artist, speakers and poets helped spread a message of equality to the community.
All donations collected during the event help support the two non-profits.
