Vitalant is partnering with several organizations in San Luis Obispo to host blood drives Sunday.
There will be a blood drive from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the San Luis Obispo Buddhist Temple Social Hall located at 6996 Ontario Rd.
There is another blood drive at the Vitalant San Luis Obispo donor center on Broad St. from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Health officials are now testing all blood donations for COVID-19 antibodies which are used to tell if someone had a past infection with the coronavirus.
The antibody test is not a way for you to find out if you are currently infected with the disease.
