Some Central Coast men are running four miles every four hours for 48 hours straight on March 5 for a cause.
One of the team members, David Pitts, says the purpose of this challenge is to raise money for the nonprofit, Lifewater, which helps villages across the world that don't have access to clean water.
Their goal is to raise more than $15 thousand dollars to provide a fully self-sustaining hydration system, but the group is also helping raise awareness for location businesses. The team will run to various businesses through San Luis Obispo County to help bring revenue to their doors.
