If you've driven along Tank Farm Road in San Luis Obispo lately, you've probably noticed the roadwork underway.
City of San Luis Obispo Transportation Manager, Luke Schwartz tells KSBY that the roadway and utility improvements are required as part of development, Ellsworth Tract.
The project was approved several years ago and once complete, there will be 35 commercial lots. On top of that, Tank Farm Road will also have new sidewalks, wider bike lanes and width for future traffic lanes, and a landscaped parkway.
No word on when the project will be completed.
