A Paso Robles business owner is trying to get creative during challenging times brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Roger Sharp is the owner of Big Bubba's Bad BBQ, which has been in business for the last 18 years.

He says the pandemic has challenged them to be more creative.

Big Bubbas has changed the take-out menu to include family meal packs that serve two or more people and new $10 and under specials are posted every week on the restaurant’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

"We've had a promotion since about the second day of the lockdown where you come in, you can purchase any sandwich, and you get a free roll of toilet paper," said owner Roger Sharp.

The restaurant has also set up a public hand-washing station for customers getting take-out.

Curb side pick-up and delivery through Grubhub, Uber Eats and DoorDash is also available.

Big Bubba’s Bad BBQ is located at 1125 24th St. in Paso Robles and can be reached by calling (805) 238-6272.
