The Hatch Rotisserie and Bar, a Paso Robles restaurant, is in the local spotlight for staying open during the pandemic and serving comfort food and seasonal cocktails for takeout.
To help local families celebrating Easter at home, the Hatch offered an Easter dinner special to customers who pre-ordered.
The sold-out special included rotisserie prime rib, baked potatoes, brussel sprouts and biscuits and gravy.
Even though they haven't been too busy the past few weeks, the owner of the Hatch said they're lucky to continue business.
"It's not really a time where we're planning really far in advance because each day is so different and we're just trying to keep our head above water right now," said Maggie Cameron, owner of Hatch Rotisserie and Bar.
