Saffron and sumac beef kabobs are on the menu for Sunday night dinner from a farm-to-table restaurant in Paso Robles.
Thomas Hill Organics, located in downtown Paso Robles, is dedicated to serving creative, organic cuisine meals with the freshest ingredients.
In response to the coronavirus pandemic, the restaurant has had to furlough most of their employees, but they're still up and running.
Thomas Hill has been offering pre-ordered, to-go family meal dinners every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday.
Sunday night, they're serving up a Persian cuisine.
"It was fabulous, everyone loved it, so that's what we've been doing three nights a week, and everybody has to pre-order so we know exactly what we're doing so there's no waste and it's not a bad deal," said Debbie Thomas, owner of Thomas Hill Organics.
This Wednesday, they will be serving up Indonesian food.
