Quiet weekend weather with some rain chances next week

High pressure rebuilds over the Central Coast into Sunday. It will drive northeasterly winds with partly cloudy skies, cold mornings and mild afternoons.

Wind sheltered interior locations and some coastal valleys will see areas of low clouds and dense ground fog during the overnight and morning hours.

Clouds increase Sunday with drizzle possible for some Monday and some scattered shower potential Tuesday, but any local rain Tuesday looks very light, under .10"

Northwesterly winds and partly cloudy skies are forecast Wednesday.

A larger storm system should impact California next Sunday with mountain snows and a decent shot of local rain, .25-.75".
