Temps set to soar inland

A mix of clouds help temps down, that and some onshore flow. That onshore flow will weaken and temps inland will get into the 90s Tuesday and crest 100 on Wednesday before cooling late in the week. Coastal valleys will also warm a lot into the mid 80s.

Interesting pattern this week, there is an upper low positioned SW of the area and will spin and drift slowly to the east.

I think the upper low gets caught up in the Westerlies and crosses into Southern California on Friday, the passaage might intoduce a minor rain chance, about 10%

Late in the week into the next weekend temps will take a big drop with another trough of low pressure swinging thru the Pac NW and NorCal, I think it is a dry trough passage but temps look slightly below average.
