Paso Robles City Council will hold a meeting to get the public’s opinion on parking in downtown Paso Robles on Monday, April 16 at 6:30 p.m.

According to Lt. Ty Lewis of Paso Robles Police Dept., the project is still in its preliminary stages,

"We are not proposing any solutions at this point. We need input from residents and tourism… We want to meet the needs of  the public."

The city hired Dickson Resources Unlimited as a consultant to help design a plan once a consensus is reached.  Lt. Lewis urges anyone with ideas or a workable solution to attend the meeting, as parking downtown has been a challenge.

There is currently no end date for the project. Once a decision is made by the city council in June, the plan will be implemented.
