After a weekend much below average both at the coast and inland, high pressure is making a dramatic return to the Central Coast and temps inland will jump quickly. I think temps on Tuesday will be very close to 100 and likely top 100 Wednesday into the weekend.
The coast is a bit of a different story, I think we’ll see some afternoon NW breeze most days and that will make night and morning clouds in play but afternoon clearing leading to a lot of microclimate differences between towns.
I think we’ll see a little bit of cooling early next week as the ridge of high pressure driving the warm weather weakens a little but in general the pattern looks similar for a few weeks ahead.
