State Street in Santa Barbara: 2.23”
Carpinteria: 1.25” near Highway 101 to 4.49” in the Thomas Fire burn area
Montecito: 1.45” near Highway 101 to 2.22” in the mountains

Paso Robles: .79”
Atascadero: .95”
