Firefighters in Paso Robles put out a small fire that broke out Tuesday in the Salinas Riverbed.
The fire was first reported at about 1:45 p.m. In the area of Highway 46 East and Sulfur Springs Rd.
Fire officials say the fire burned about 1/4-acre of grass and brush. It took crews less than a half hour to contain the blaze.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
