The Santa Barbara County Fire Department responded to reports of a structure fire at approximately 12:21 a.m. Wednesday morning at the Trout Club off of Highway 154.
Initial reports said the fire was on San Marcos Road, but it was later determined the structure was on Valley View Road.
It was reported smoke was coming from the bottom level of a three level structure, all occupants were evacuated prior to firefighters arriving on scene.
The structure has since been knocked down, no injuries have been reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
