Rain and showers are anticipated to develop by early Wednesday morning.
Heaviest rains are expected very late Wednesday, early Thursday with even chances for snow in the Santa Barbara County mountain areas.
Because of this potential, the National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for that region.
On Wednesday night, hazardous seas are possible as well, with potentials for high surf because of how strong wind gusts will be.
Temperatures are on the decline as well, with many areas in the 30's by the end of the week.
Hopefully the rain won't impede Santa from delivering gifts!
