Strongest winds are expected early Tuesday, with gusts potentially 30-50 mph and isolated gusts of 50-70 mph over select mountain and foothill locations along with low humidtiies.

Winds are expected to weaken by noon, with the potential for warnings to drop to advisory levels.

As the offshore flow weakens, more onshore flow makes its way in, allowing for more cloud coverage.

Large NW swells are leading to Small Craft Advisory level, with hazardous seas above 10 feet.

A High Surf Advisory is still in effect due to breaking waves of 16 and 22 feet during peak surf.
