Friday marked the final day of live fire training for San Luis Obispo County Fire and neighboring agencies at a property on Valley Road in Arroyo Grande.
Crews have been working all week, practicing tactical size-ups, fireground communication, walkarounds, and firefighter survival techniques under real, controlled fire conditions.
Officials stress the burns were permitted and monitored for weather and air quality.
