A local veteran celebrated his 103rd birthday at Mulligan's Bar & Grill on Sunday. Bob Evans served in the military during WWII.
However, he's also a skilled woodworker and stained glass artist. In 2025, Evans got matching tattoos with his family member for his birthday. Then, a week ago, Evans got another tattoo.
Family members say he never misses family events. Jones says the next milestone he looks forward to is seeing his granddaughter's graduation in June,
