People who live in San Luis Obispo County can pick out pumpkins Saturday at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo.
The Cal Poly Crops Club is hosting the event at the Cal Poly Organic Farm off Highland Drive and Mt. Bishop Road from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Families can visit the patch for a pumpkin U-pick, kid-friendly haunted maze, dancing and try some tri-tip sandwiches from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Then, Cal Poly students can come out from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for a live band performance and walk through haunted mazes.
General admission for the event from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. is $7 for adults and free for kids under four.
Admission after 6 p.m. is $10.
