People on the Central Coast can enjoy decorated altars, colorful decorations and live mariachi music at the 5th annual Dia De Los Muertos celebration at Mission Plaza in San Luis Obispo on Saturday.
The event is presented by Wilshire Hospice which says the community is invited to honor the dead and comfort the living.
Anyone who goes to the event can enjoy a death café, watch traditional dances, listen to educational talks and participate in a costume and altar contest.
There will be lots of Mexican food and beverages for people to enjoy.
The Dia de Los Muertos Festival runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
