More than 70 employers, education providers, and resource agencies will take part in this week’s Santa Maria Job and Resource Fair.
The job fair is free and open to everyone. It’s scheduled for 2-4 p.m. on Thursday, March 7 at the Santa Maria Fairpark, located at 937 S. Thornburg St.
On March 6, free workshops are available to help job seekers update their resumes and create a 30-second “elevator pitch.” The workshops will take place from 2-4 p.m. at the Goodwill Workforce Center, located at 210 E. Enos Dr., Suite E, in Santa Maria.
