Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Here are some of the events happening around the Central Coast:

SATURDAY, APRIL 6

Nipomo Kids’ Day
11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Nipomo Community Park, 255 Pomeroy Rd., Nipomo
Bring the kids for an Easter Egg Hunt with 17,000 eggs, plus a bounce house, magic show, model rocket launches, and other fun activities presented by First 5 San Luis Obispo County.
Free event.

Children’s Day in the Park
11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Atascadero Lake Park, 9305 Pismo Ave., Atascadero
The LINK Family Resource Center presents this 30th annual event featuring activities for kids and families. Children can enjoy Joe’s Little Train, games, snacks, and more. Parents can also learn about the community resources available for families.

Central Coast Bride Spring Bridal Show
Noon-4 p.m.
Madonna Expo Center, 100 Madonna Rd., San Luis Obispo
Meet with a large selection of vendors for everything you need for your wedding and reception from flowers to cakes to Djs, photographers, and more.

SATURDAY – SUNDAY

Morro Bay City-Wide Yard Sale
Sales start at 8 a.m.
Search for treasures at more than 200 yard sales throughout the City of Morro Bay. Following the sales on Saturday at 5:30 p.m., Morro Bay’s community radio station is hosting a free event at the Veteran’s Memorial Hall featuring live music by Unfinished Business.

Tomato Spectacular
9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Horticulture Unit, Via Carta Rd., Cal Poly
Stock up on a wide variety of tomato plants that students in Cal Poly’s College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences have grown from seeds.

Wine 4 Paws
Nearly 100 wineries across San Luis Obispo County, along with a couple of restaurants, an olive oil company, and a brewery will be sharing proceeds from their weekend sales with Woods Humane Society to care for homeless pets.
