An annual music festival is hitting the airwaves due to COVID-19 concerns.

KCBX Central Coast Public Radio says they will be going forward with plans to host Live Oak Music Festival “On the Radio” Friday through Sunday.

What would have been the 32nd year for the event was originally scheduled for this weekend at El Chorro Regional Park in San Luis Obispo.

That has now been postponed until 2021.

The station plans on having live and local performances as well as more than 30 hours of music recordings from past festivals.

You can listen on KCBX or stream it online at KCBX.org.

The festival is a fundraiser for KCBX.
