Volunteers were helping beautify the grounds at the Food Bank of Santa Barbara County’s Santa Maria warehouse Friday morning.
Fifteen sponsor-volunteers from Central Coast Agriculture, Busy Bee Organics and Good Farmers Great Neighbors worked to plant drought-tolerant plants at the warehouse at 490 W. Foster Road.
Plants included lavender and Breath of Heaven.
