Social restrictions amid the coronavirus pandemic continue to limit access to some the Central Coast's most popular spots.
The entrance to the Oceano Dunes at Grand Avenue is now closed and vehicle access to the beach is closed.
The parking lot is still open, but it's been limited to half parking capacity to help ensure social distancing.
"Well it's scary for a lot of people just because of the unknown and the uncertainty," said Kathryn McGinnis, an Atascadero resident.
California State Parks has also limited parking at the beach to one hour.
