Local artists are giving new life to utility boxes along Grand Avenue in Grover Beach.
The vibrant art pieces are a beautification project commissioned by the City as part of the Grover Beach Utility Box Art Program.
The City says the painted utility boxes will create an attractive environment for locals and tourists and allow art to be introduced to the public in a unique way.
