The family who is suing the Lucia Mar Unified School District over the abuse of their special needs child will hold a press conference Tuesday morning about the lawsuit

The nine-year-old girl’s family says a school bus driver molested her several times. Despite their repeated complaints and evidence on bus cameras, the family says school employees did nothing to stop the abuse.

The driver, David Lamb, was eventually arrested and pleaded not guilty to the allegations.

Alongside their legal team, family members of the girl will hold a press conference at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Marriott in San Luis Obispo to go over the details of the case. They are expected to present a timeline of events and evidence of the alleged crimes committed.

KSBY will be at the press conference. We will continue to bring you the latest developments in this case.
