A Santa Maria man recently walked away with big money after appearing on the game show "Wheel of Fortune."
Charlie Baker’s episode aired Thursday night.
He is a property appraiser for Santa Barbara County and has been in the Army Reserves since 2000. Baker is also a high school basketball referee, husband and father of two.
Thursday, Baker didn’t solve the bonus round puzzle, having only the letter "n" for the puzzle, which turned out to be the word, "foxhound."
Despite that, he still ended up winning $44,840 in cash and prizes.
