Mid-State Fair announces 2018 Frontier Stage acts

The California Mid-State Fair on Tuesday announced six acts that will perform on the Frontier Stage during this summer’s fair.

On Sunday, July 22, Los Yonics will take the stage with performances at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. The band is known for a string of #1 albums on the Billboard Regional Mexican charts in the 1980s.

For KING & COUNTRY will perform on Monday, July 23 as part of the Cantinas "Night of Faith." The Christian pop duo will take the stage at 8 p.m.

Southern Accents will perform on Tuesday, July 24 with concerts at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. Southern Accents is a Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers tribute band.

On Wednesday, July 25, Devin Dawson will take the stage for two performances at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. Dawson released his debut single "All On Me" earlier this year and was recently named a 2018 Pandora "Country Artist to Watch."

On Thursday, July 26, Blood, Sweat & Tears will take the stage at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. Blood, Sweat & Tears is known for its hits, "You Made Me So Very Happy," "Spinning Wheel," and "And When I Die", and now features Bo Bice of "American Idol" fame as the lead singer.

Gary Puckett & The Union Gap will take the stage on Friday, July 27, with performances at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. Gary Puckett & The Union is best known for hits "Woman Woman", "Young Girl", and "Lady Willpower". 

All concerts on the Frontier Stage are free with paid fair admission.

The 2018 California Mid-State Fair runs from July 18 to 29 at the Paso Robles Event Center.
