A prescribed burn is happening Tuesday morning on Highway 1 in San Luis Obispo.
CAL FIRE SLO says brush piles will be burned at SLO Sportsman’s Park for about three hours.
Crews say smoke is easily visible to drivers on the highway. Be cautious when driving in the area.
There are several other burns happening in the county this week, such as burning at Paso Robles Airport, fire training and weed abatement at Camp Roberts, and live fire training in Atascadero.
