Ahead of Memorial Day, the Santa Maria Valley Humane Center is offering a "Name your Price Guarantee" pet adoption special to make it easier than ever to take a forever friend home.
The humane center announced their "Certified pre-owned pets" special Wednesday, saying no adoption offer will be refused for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens. Pet supplies are on a special deal too, they are all 50 percent off in the Paws and Claws Pet Supply Store inside the shelter.
Staff say all animals come spayed or neutered, vaccinated and equipped with a microchip. They also come with a supply of Purina ProPlan food and a certificate for a free health examination at a participating private veterinary practice.
