Fire crews are attending to a structure fire near F street behind the Porch Cafe in Santa Margarita.
The fire began at approximately 12:30 a.m on Monday.
According to a KSBY viewer heavy smoke can be seen from Highway 101.
Officials say the fire started in a residential building and moved into a commercial building that is not currently being used.
There is no word of injuries or how the fire started.
