Wendy Wilkins Mitchell is the winner of the Morro Bay Harbor Festival’s poster art contest.
Mitchell’s painting, which was inspired by a photograph by Cayucos photographer Danna Joy Dykstra Coy, will be featured on this year’s poster and all print advertising for the festival.

The 37th Annual Morro Bay Harbor Festival will be held on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, on the Embarcadero.
The free festival includes live music, exhibits, food and drinks available for purchase, children’s activities, arts and crafts vendors, and more.
