Firefighters were responding late Tuesday morning to a vegetation fire reported northeast of Paso Robles.
Just before noon, CAL FIRE SLO was reporting the fire on the 5900 block of Jardine Road was about half an acre in size and was threatening two structures. They said the fire had a potential to burn up to five acres.

KSBY viewers said smoke could be seen from Highway 101 and air tankers were already making drops.
