Incumbent District 37 State Assemblymember Monique Limon will advance to the November General Election.
Initial results from the June 5 Primary Election show her with 26,078 votes. David Norrdin has 3,128 votes and Sofia Collin has 2,038 votes.
All of the candidates in this race are registered Democrats. It’s the second consecutive election in which no Republicans entered the race.
For District 35, incumbent Republican Jordan Cunningham and his challenger, Democrat William Ostrander, will both be on the November ballot regardless of the outcome of the June primary.
