We caught up with a local business already feeling the impacts of graduation, a florist shop making commencement leis.
For Barkev Abadjian, the owner of Albert’s Florist for 37 years, he does a little bit of everything from graduation flowers to wrapped bouquets for young adults being sent off.
"I love it. I love it," Abadjian said. "That’s the reason I’m still in this business … If you go and see or give even a stem of flower, beautiful rose to somebody, that will light up their world."
