A family has been reunited with their lost dog, after they were separated during a crash in Paso Robles last week.
Tonight, a recovering young girl, Olivia, got to pet her dog "Sophie" for the first time, shortly after being released from the hospital.
Sophie was found Monday afternoon and found to be okay, despite being lost in the area since Thursday.
Volunteers had been working together since the family crashed Thursday morning off the Highway 46 East off ramp, hoping to reunite Sophie with her family.
She was given to Olivia’s grandmother earlier today. They reunited tonight. The moment caught on camera and posted in the online Face book group to find Sophie.
