No one was injured Friday when another fire broke out in a homeless encampment within the Lompoc riverbed.
The Lompoc City Fire Department says the early-morning call came in reporting the fire near the 1600 block of North H Street.
When crews arrived, they say the occupants of the camp were still sleeping.
They got out unharmed and the approximately 20’x40′ fire was put out, according to firefighters.
