Inland locations are getting a break from triple digits with daytime highs reaching the high 80s. Coastal valleys will see temperatures in the low to mid-70s while beaches will see daytime highs in the high 60’s.
Warm temperatures and a decrease in clouds are expected mid-week as high pressure strengthens in the area. The marine layer may stick around on some beaches on Monday, particularly in Santa Barbara County.
Low-level winds are expected to return to their more traditional west/northwest direction on Monday.
A slight warming trend will continue into Tuesday before cooling slightly on Wednesday.
There’s a better chance of clear skies on the coast by Wednesday.
