An early-morning stabbing in Lompoc sent one person to the hospital Tuesday morning.
The Lompoc Police Department says officers found a 44-year-old with multiple stab wounds after they were called to the 500 block of North L Street shortly after 5:30 a.m.
The victim was treated at the scene and airlifted to an area hospital. An update on their condition was not immediately available.
Police say they remained at the scene Tuesday morning to continue the investigation.
No arrests have been made.
