Temperatures will be slightly cooler along the coastline Wednesday, but daytime highs for the inland valleys remain pretty consistent with Tuesday’s temperatures.
Temperatures for the beaches will be around the low to upper 60s with winds up to 15 miles per hour and gusts up to 20 mph. Winds aren’t going to really increase until Thursday, which will result in more clearing. However, Wednesday will still be a day where clearing could be stubborn for our beaches.
Coastal valley temperatures will range from the upper 60s to upper 70s Wednesday with winds peaking at 15 mph. Expect morning fog in those areas before afternoon clearing. The inland valleys are cooling down slightly on Wednesday, but California Valley and Shandon are still hanging out in the 90s. The morning fog will blanket the inland valleys as well but sunny skies will show up by the late morning.
A trough approaching the west coast will produce more wind Thursday through Friday, ultimately resulting in clear skies near the coastline.
