Posted

A fare increased went into effect Sunday for SLO Transit’s senior and disabled 31-day pass.

The 31-day discounted pass for seniors and disabled residents went up from $14 to $16, per the city’s adopted fare structure.

Residents 65-79 years old or residents with proof of disability can apply for the discounted pass at the City Finance Counter, located at 990 Palm St., San Luis Obispo, and the SLO Chamber of Commerce, located at 895 Monterey St., San Luis Obispo.

Senior/disabled passes won’t be issued on Tuesday (July 3) due to limited staff.
